Government Launches 95% Mortgage Scheme

On the 19th of April 2021, the UK government launched its new 95% mortgage scheme. The scheme will help first time buyers or current homeowners secure a mortgage with just a 5% deposit and is valid for homes costing £600,000 or less. The scheme will run until December 2022.
